Just a note to thank you for your excellent service. The order process was very straightforward, and delivery was exactly when promised.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the carpet and underlay you supplied - and the value for money is exceptional.

Overall, the cost of the carpet, underlay and accessories was about 60% less than the price quoted by a leading high street retailer. OK, I had to fit the carpet myself, but this was easy enough with the purchase of a knee kicker and a good quality knife.

The acid test of customer service is how problems are handled. An issue with one roll of underlay was rectified straight away - a replacement roll arrived a few days later!

As we've now decided to move house, I'll certainly be ordering any new carpets for the new home from your company.

I saw this site.... after being quoted £7.50 a square metre by a carpet fitter, I phoned yesterday and spoke to Brenda who was extremely helpful and 24hours later the underlay was here!!!!!!!! absolutely faultless service, unbelievable price, you deserve at least 50 gold stars for this service, many, many thanks. 1/3 of the price of Carpetr***t

1) Order placed at 1pm

2) Confirmation of shipment received by 5pm

3) Put in a quick call the following morning to confirm delivery (very friendly lady on the phone!)

4) Goods received before 4pm that day.

5) And all of this for a 1/3 of the price of Carpetr***t  (and that is not taking into consideration that I probably have a much better quality underlay now!)

I shop on the web a LOT, you're right up there with the best! Will recommend you to anyone, I'm chuffed to bits.
