Orders are accepted on the understanding that goods are for delivery to a mainland UK address (excluding Northern Ireland). Isle of Wight is also included within our delivery area.
Some products may be available for delivery to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire, please check with us before ordering.

Some products are also available for delivery to France, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Please contact us for details.

Illustrations are for guidance, we are happy to submit samples for your approval. Colours of certain underlays and their chain pattern may vary from batch to batch. Some underlays may be sold under more than one name and occasionally wrappers will display one of the alternative names, but the contents of the wrappers will be as per our listed specification. In the rare event that we are out of stock of a particular product, we will not send a substitute without your approval.
