We appreciate your valued custom and assure you that all goods will be despatched with the utmost speed. Your order will be handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

One delivery charge covers any number of items to be delivered as one complete order. You can upgrade to a before 1.00 pm delivery, England and Wales only, or to a Saturday delivery if required.

Despatch times will vary according to product.

Carpet underlays will normally be despatched the same working day if ordered by mid-day, delivery being scheduled for the next working day, with the exception of some parts of Scotland plus remote and outlying areas, which may take a little longer.

Carpet despatch times will vary from 2 - 3 days up to around 7 - 10 days, depending on range. For urgent deliveries we suggest checking stock availability and despatch times. Where orders are placed for multi items, despatch will take place as soon as all items are assembled ready for delivery.
